Blue Pathway

relaxing, inspiring and full of ideas!

Available for: Juniors, Seniors, HAYA+ and Online Students.

1 in-person workshop and a bi-weekly zoom workshop (Culture Class).

Each term we read:

  • a brilliant play together (out loud — as a group) and
  • watch the same film at home, then come together to dive into it

We explore characters, performances, direction, storytelling — and start thinking like actors and creatives.

Why it matters:

  • A broad cultural knowledge isn’t just a “bonus” — it’s essential for serious actors.
  • You’ll build a personal library of films, playwrights, directors and actors to reference in castings, auditions, and interviews.
  • Supports what you’re doing in school — especially English Lit, Drama, Film and Media.
  • We regularly host live Q&As with industry guests — previous speakers include Morgan Lloyd Malcolm, Evan Placey, and Matthew Dunster.

HAYA Online Academy UK

Proper screen acting training

Available for: Juniors , Seniors & HAYA+

This isn’t a discussion group — it’s a skills-based course focused on technique for camera work.

Each week we:
🎭 Train in screen-specific tools — reactions, silence, eyelines, framing
🎥 Study how professional actors work on screen
🎬 Learn to work with the camera, shape performance, and deliver truth in close-up
✨ Start crafting your own unique on-screen style

Why it matters:

  • Helps you understand the camera and how to make it work for you
  • Gives you practical tools for TV, film and self-tapes
  • Teaches the difference between “stage acting” and what screen acting really demands
