Self-tapes are now a huge part of the casting process, so knowing how to create a strong one is an essential skill for any young actor.

This practical Zoom workshop will take HAYA actors through the key elements of a successful self-tape — from setting up the space and framing the shot, to working with a reader, choosing the right take and presenting yourself professionally on camera.

Your Spotlight profile is the first thing casting directors see — and it can make or break whether you get called in. But most performers don’t know exactly how to make theirs work for them. That’s what this live workshop is for.

In this hands-on Zoom session, we’ll walk you through how to update your profile step by step. You’ll learn what actually matters, what casting directors look for, and how to present yourself clearly and professionally.
