Esme achieved an outstanding twelve Grade 9s at GCSE, and went on to earn top grades in four A-Levels, all while completing an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). She’s now studying Physics at Oxford University, and last summer interned as an experimental quantum physicist at the National Quantum Computing Centre.
And yes—she’s still deeply involved in the creative world!
Esme is an active member of National Youth Theatre (NYT) and writes plays in her “spare time.” Her dedication to both science and the arts is truly inspiring—and a reminder that you can pursue excellence in more than one field.
